My advice for a healthy life

First of all, I think you should eat more fruit and vegetables. You shouldn’t eat so much junk food because it makesyou fat.You should do some sport, too. You can run or just walk faster every day and take some exercise. You can work out at home, you can go to the gym and in summer you can go out with friends.

Don’t watch too much TV, and don’t spend so much time on the computer. Go out more.

Don’t go on diets because we are young and we need food to grow up. Just be careful how much calories you eat a day.So all that matters is that you should eat healthy and do some sports.If you are a professional sportsperson don’t feel bad if you eat more than the others, because people who do sports need more energy and they also burn fat at trainings. If you want a perfect body, you should run to burn fat and do exercise for abs, squats, some exercise for legs and stronger hands.

This is my advice for a healthy life.
