His true name is Marshall Bruce Mathers 3 . He uses the name »Eminem« because his initials are »M and M«. He sometimes uses the nickname »Slim Shady« to express the bad side of his personality. He was born on 17th October 1973 in Kansas City (USA). In his childhood he lived with his mother in various states before ending up in Detroit. After that he had a lot of problems with his mother because she didn’t like the lyrics of his songs. A lot of people are shocked by his music and say that he has a bad influence on young people, but he has a lot of fans. He was married twice to Kimberly Scott, whom he met in high school. They began their on-and-off relationship in 1988. Their daughter Hailie was born on Christmas Day 1955. The couple married in 1999 and first divorced in 2001. They remarried in January 2006, but they soon ended their second marriage in April 2006. The couple agreed to share custody of Hailie. Eminem has also custody of Kimberly’s niece Alaina, of Whitney, a child Kimberly had with another man. He has legal custody of his young half-brother Nate. They are all mentioned by name in some of his songs. In 1996, Eminem released his first independent rap album »Infinite«. A year later he released The Slim Shady. I was born on 26th July, 1999 in Šempeter. I lived in a small house with my parents. We were poor so we were often hungry. I slept on the floor and it was very cold. Although we were poor, I was always happy, but that was only before I became famous.

One day I heard about the show called Slovenia’s got talent and the next week I went there and I won.

I became famous and I was very happy, but sadly not for a long time. I found out that fame can not buy you happines, because now I have everything (a big house, three cars, I can eat everything I want…), but I am not satisfied. I miss the time when I lived on the farm with my family and I miss the time when I played with them and my animals. Now everybody knoes who I am and I am not free anymore, because the paparazzis follow me everywhere and I have no privacy.

Life of the celebrities is boring. I want to go back to the past.
